Edit to Second Quarter 2024 Blue Sky Report®: Hyundai Motor America (“HMA”) informed Kerrigan Advisors of two corrections to the Second Quarter 2024 Blue Sky Report®. Specifically, HMA stated that it does not ask sellers to pre-approve buyers with the OEM before engaging in a buy/sell and that HMA’s Sales and Service Agreement does not require a pre-approval of buyers before a buy/sell. Kerrigan Advisors has since revised the Blue Sky Report to reflect Hyundai’s statements. Note: Dealers have shared with Kerrigan Advisors information that conflicts with some of HMA’s statements.
